Warning: My Nightmare Online Glasses Purchase – Deceptive Promises & Zero Support! 😡


I'm sharing my terrible online shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this company. "Frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another." They outright claim 6 days to produce glasses, but I seriously doubt anyone has actually seen them make good on that. Their customer service bot is utterly worthless, and frankly, I doubt there are any human reps at all. I ordered glasses for a trip, thinking "no problem, it will take a few weeks," but that trip has come and gone, and there's still no delivery date in sight. I'm pretty disappointed they mislead on how long it actually takes; it's probably shipped from China. This whole ordeal compelled me to leave this review and try to engage with customer service, hoping to get some answers.

Customer: Hi, I'm calling about order #12345. I placed this order weeks ago because I needed glasses for a trip, and your website promised a 6-day production time. My trip is over, and I still have no idea when I'll get my glasses. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, sir/ma'am. We sincerely apologize for the delay and for the communication regarding the production time. I see your order is currently awaiting shipment from our facility. Customer: Awaiting shipment? After weeks? And what about the 6-day promise? That's completely misleading. Is there even a human I'm talking to, or is this another bot? CS Rep: I assure you I am a human representative, and I truly apologize that the estimated production time was not met for your order. We are experiencing unforeseen delays, which we regret did not communicate effectively. Let me see what options we have to expedite this for you. Customer: Expedite it? It should have been here already. This is just unacceptable. When can I actually expect these glasses? Can you offer anything for this huge inconvenience? CS Rep: I agree this is not the experience we want for our customers. While I can't give an exact delivery date at this moment, I can offer to upgrade your shipping to express at no additional charge, and I will personally follow up with our fulfillment team to push this order. Additionally, we'd like to offer you a 20% discount on your next purchase as a token of our apology.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
