Instead of a direct replacement, I end up receiving a store credit plus a small percentage, which never makes sense because I always end up with a cheaper and lighter pair than the previous one. I'm so tired of dealing with this crap from GlassesUSA, plus a $30 deductible for each replacement. They haven't got one order right since purchasing with them, and my initial order value of $189 has now decreased to around $130. It feels like a total joke and robbery that you don't even realize due to their misleading credit system and fake discount codes.
