I felt compelled to leave this review and try to connect with customer service because this situation is utterly unacceptable.

Customer: "Hello, I desperately need help with my recent order. You sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, and it’s causing me dizziness and nausea. I've tried reaching someone so many times, and it's impossible to get a hold of a live person." CS Rep: "I am so sorry to hear about the incorrect prescription and the discomfort you're experiencing.
